Yeah, I did tabata stair running instead.
16 rounds of 10 seconds running up the stair hitting every other step then 20 seconds trotting back down. (This is just my variation of the CFE wod for today)

Fun, fun....

Spent most of my knocking out school work. Three little papers down!

Re: Vanessa's1st CrossFit Journal

a tattoo eh?

well we know a few places.

whenever you guys can get away and want to fly up to the greatest city in America, let us know. We'll coordinate our calendars and figure out how to get it done.

And yes, she does admire your strength and workouts. She really loves CrossFit (I knew she would, I just had to gently nudge her towards it) and she is really getting hooked on it and it is fun to train her, although I am a bit hard on her when I do, because I know only one way to train and I can't turn that off. ha... but it is an aphrodisiac for sure...

Hmmm....we aren't real sure when we might come up to visit but New York in December sounds like fun (I love Christmas!) although that seems like so long to wait.

I'm so glad she loves it! Be careful. Before long she may be the one cracking the workout whip! ...

Re: Vanessa's1st CrossFit Journal

Christmas rules, not for the gifts and all that, just the overall feeling of fun and excitement that it brings.
