Re: Music

Thats close to a CF anthem. Never give up! Never give in! Be on our side so we can win! Good stuff. 'Preciate the info on that band. Sometimes you just can't beat the good ol' power anthem ballad type thingies.

Aphex Twin is some crazy stuff. Drukqs or however it is spelled is a great album. As for DJ Shadow, I can't tell you how many times I've listened to Endtroducing - especially Building Steam With a Grain of Salt.

Oh, and Air is great stuff as well. I've only heard one album, but I loved it.

If you like aphex twin, you should also check out squarepusher (e.g. go plastic). Glad you like DJ Shadow, he is great though I didnt like his last ouput.

Minor Threat and Operation Ivy lately.

The best thing about Minor Threat is you can listen to a whole album while doing Fran!

Re: Music

Minor Threat and Op Ivy are good. I like to go old school sometimes for workouts. I prefer old Strung Out or old Pennywise which isn't as old school.

Re: Music

Lamar, I get into the old stuff too you were talking about, especially the Maiden. If you're into Slipknot and haven't done so already, check out Stone Sour. I love Slipknot but like Stone Sour even more even though it's basically the same band. One of the top 10 all-time songs on my list is "Reborn" by Stone Sour. Check that one out on youtube.
