First Bar Muscle Up...then second....
I was at the park walking my dog and there was a soccer net with a horizontal section of bar that was about 8.5 ft off the ground and looked perfect for a few pullups. I was in all of my winter gear (big boots, down jacket, etc) but I figured I would give it a shot anyway. I jumped up, produced a huge kip and then I was over the bar. All I had to do was the dip at the end. I figured this must have been a mistake so I tried another right away and was able to nail that one too. I came back 10 minutes later just to see if maybe I had been dreaming but I was able to get another one.
What a feeling. Thank you CrossFit. That was better than any 400+ lb deadlift I did when I was doing a body building style program.
