Workout idea I came up with today, Please list thoughts/comments.
5 Rounds Goal time 6 minutes 15 seconds.
6 Reps Multi joint movement (Pullup, Overhead squat, thruster, basically anything under load)
15 reps body weight resistance exercise (air squats, step ups, box jumps)
6 reps multi joint movement (under a load)
15 reps body weight
6 reps multi joint (under a load)
15 reps body weight.
the idea obvisouly needs refinement but i picked the following exercises today
Pullup (they are a weakness for me)
Step ups (15 per leg)
Dumbell shoulder press (50's DB)
whole thing took around ~13 to 15 minutes. I got the idea for the time since I was at work and woke up late a few days ago. the time may not be realistic but its a bear to shoot for!
