Deadlift help please

It looks to me like I'm starting with my butt too high, and I'm mostly pulling with my back. Any help, queues, etc. appreciated!

Re: Deadlift help please

I thought your hips weren't horribly high. You could get them down a little bit but with that also back, not just down.

Camera angle was kind of weird, but to me it looks like you don't reach full hip extension, like you are hunched over at the top.

Here's me being a jerk, why gloves and no shirt?

Re: Deadlift help please

Hips were completely locked; could lean further back. Just from the way I was taught way back in high school, not to hyper-extend at the top.

Not being a jerk - out of chalk and sweaty so I put the gloves on; it was hot here in SoCal last week.

I'm just not a big fan of gloves. But can understand if you are sweatting bullets and don't have chalk.
