Question Really confused about boxing..WOD's..Strength

Hello there,
I'm an Italian boxer (I do Boxing at8pm from Monday to Friday) and I thought about starting a strength program and dedicating 2 days for conditioning (and CF works perfect for me!).
I'm 22 years old, 6' 145 pounds, BF 9%, wish to gain 5 pounds of muscles.


I could do the strength/conditioning work-out at 12 noon, for example:

Monday:
noon strength
8pm boxing

Tuesday:
noon WOD
8pm boxing

Wednesday:
noon strength
8pm boxing

Thursday:
noon WOD
8pm boxing

Friday:
noon strength
8pm boxing

Saturday and Sunday rest



P.S. I did CF last year for like 3 months, but I've never did a strength program, and my maximal squat/ deadlift etc.. are really awful :/

Boxing 5 nights per week should take care of your conditioning just fine...why don't you just do the strength work 3x per week (something like GSLP or 5/3/1) and let boxing serve as stand-alone conditioning work?
