Good Wendler article.

This is just a good lessons learned article by Jim Wendler talking about his experiences in lifting. I enjoyed it. Especially since there's some things in there that speak to me (if 1 is good then 4 must be better right?) and things that add a different take on certain strength training practices.

Awesome read, Matt!! Thanks for posting.
A lot of what Jim spoke of hit home. I'm guilty of the balance portion and forgetting my athletic background.....It's all good and experience is the best teacher; sometimes a cruel one
