Best video to explain CrossFiit quickly?

Does anyone have a go to video to explain to someone what CrossFit is quickly?

That video has been online for a while, wondering if anything better is out there.

Some of the Reebok vids have great production video but don't quite knock it home.

How about any of the archived footage from the 2011 Games? Granted, it's competitive and elite CF and could be a bit intimidating, but there's a ton to choose from, which could be helpful.
