There have been a lot of questions on maintaining grip for multiple reps - I wish I could figure out how to articulate this.

Shot multiple angle video, hope this helps some of you.

My form of course is a work in progress - I do not lock arms at bottom so I can maintain grip. I do manage to get a good forward shoulder position on the bottom though.
