Hi all I just started CF this week.
I am 37 years old. I used to body build prior to 2001 when I had a Rotator cuff operation and ACL & mincisus repair.
I Have been doing interval training for about a year now (i.e. Giant sets with min rest and treadmill (1 min walk @ 4.0 and 2 min Sprint @ 8.7 - 9.0 for 30 min) at least 3 days per week.
I also teach Taekwon-do.
I just learned about CF in Men's Health last week.
I Have home gym with squat rack (I also do pullups on it), olympic weights, power block dumbbells, flat bench, bowflex (for Rowing) and Treadmill.
What else should I get? Are there any CF gyms in PHX area that I could check out?
Is it ok to just jump into the WOD's or should I be doing A beginners Workout for a while.
Any advice on how best to go about this with prior injuries will be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to CrossFit. Should you jump straight in? Probably not. Get used to the movements and loads. Scale up as you feel comfortable.
We scale the workout of the day here:
It's a good place for beginners to start.
Another great resource can be found here. Good description of basic movements:
