Hey wanted to show you guys the Kbell I made today, I have not seen it done quite this way yet, and it works great and costs me 4 dollars, I had tape and weights already. I needed to make a wall ball for the F50 today and came up with this idea.

Basically I cut handle shape on a 4 dollar bball, wrapped the handle around a short wooden dowl and taped it up with Gorilla Tape. Said tape is similar to duct tape, but 10 times stronger. I filled it with tire balancing weights that you can usually get for free, but you could use anything I guess (cement?)

I taped it up real good and adding tape around the handle pass adds rigidity there. It's 26lbs, I think a pood is 36, but that's a little heavy for me now. Comments?

Sorry, tape around the handle "base" adds rigidity.

The PVC pipe around the iron pipe was just for fun, I could get maybe 3-4 pull ups when I used them, they just rotated around the iron pipe and was a heck of a grip workout.

Cool thanks Travis. Your down tube is even longer then I thought, so if it's sturdy...it's sturdy. Great. I had not thought too much of my ring attachment and yours looks simple and effective. I'm going to put up one 6ft board that will house my 4ft bar and rings on the end 20" apart.

I'm down. Eventually if we could do it earlier would be good, get it out of the way. One pm kinda destroys the day and/or boating, beaching, etc. Plus it's gonna start getting hot in a month or so. But 1, or anytime I can get back by 3 for football games, is good for me for Sunday, and I got rings.
