MMA In Maryland

Recently moved to Westminster, MD and looking for someone or somewhere to train in this area. Schools in Baltimore and Mike Moses place are just to much of a drive for me currently. Anyone in the area interested in rolling once or twice a week or know anyone that does? Thanks

Thanks Tom, I have been training for a little over 4 years now so any and all ability levels would be great. Just want to get back to it after a 2 month break during my move.

I train with Yamasaki Academy at the Gold's Gym in Frederick, MD. Classes are at 8:30 PM on Mon and 8:00 on Wed.

I go to their Rockville school and they are familiar with CrossFit as well. Good place for both BJJ & Krav Maga.

Check out Lloyd Irvin. His site is pretty gimmicky but he has produced results.

This is just a few minutes south of you in Owings Mills. They have a pretty nice gym for Crossfit-type workouts as well.

I am working on a facility in Westminster, I will keep all posted if it works out. May have one or two days a week local to do some rolling, MMA, wrestling, and just some good workouts.
