Shoulder problem

I have the similar problem as the man in video has. Is it possible to repair shoulder mobility by streching or do I have to go to see professional physio/ciro. When streching the pain emanates to the forearm and the trapezius. When benching the shoulder cracks a little but benching doesn't hurt. Thank you very much for your answers. |

What exactly are your problem(s)?
If you want to gain back ROM for those you can just do external and internal rotation stretches. if you have pain radiating then it may be pinching of nerves in the brachial plexus for example... soft tissue work would be highly useful if that's the case. depending on if you have imbalances such as the ER/IR would indicate then there may be some other things you have to consider as well. So it's not clear cut. What is your problem you are trying to solve? range of motion? Or an orthopedic injury? both? Hi!
Thank you for your answer! The main problem is that I would like to have the range of motion (back). I guess that an injury is unlikely. What kind of soft tissue work you recommend in this case and how to perform it? Thank you! |

Tennis ball the area or use yoru hands to get in and loosen up stuff.
But the other stuff is what I said.. to improve that specific range of motion you will haev to do external and internal rotation stretches |
