Did some bridging and other lower back stretches. Didn't feel any pain, but it was very tight. BWx5 strict pull-ups 20#x3x5 strict pull-ups Finished up with a lot of muscle-up work. Strict muscle-ups coming before Christmas!!!!! |

Handstand work (Aquired 90 seconds) Hang Snatches 5x2 (95-106-106-106-115) Back squats 3x5 (225-245-265) Bench press 3x5 (236-245-265f) Metcon: 5 rounds: *5 x 225# squat *10 x chest slapping pushups (6:37) Hang snatches were alright until I got to 115. I actually did that one as power snatches followed by overhead squats. Went light on back squats due to my back issues I had, implementing a new technique on my form, felt real solid. Bench presses went well only got 4 on last set, with the fourth having had help from a spotter. Metcon was nice, chest slapping pushups quickly become a *****. |
