WODs needed for Crossfitter with Knee Injury
I need some good WODs to keep my buddy Crossfitting while he is in Recovery from knee surgery. No squats or exercises like that, help a brother out all comments welcome.

I'm in the same boat. I had surgery a month ago, and I've been doing a lot of upper body stuff. Pullups, dips, bench, overhead press, core stuff. Can't quite do pushups yet, and nowhere near squats yet. I'd appreciate any new ideas too.
