Work/family safe link with a video describing a training camp for NHL/NFL players. I thought it was pretty cool stuff, although one clip showed the NFL guy not squatting deep enough. ;) Other than that, I liked a lot of the drills and especially the emphasis on camaraderie, etc. |

Don't you mean camaradery? Spelling aside, yeah, that was nice...
Kinda seemed like a step between box gyms and cfit gyms (as I picture them). P.S. go bulldogs! |

He might have been referring to I3E's spelling of the word in the clip (camaradery vs camaraderie). Cool clip, though. Reminds me of how tired I'm getting of training solo all the time. I need to get out to an affiliate! |

good to see more athletes integrating whole programs like that to involve speed, strength, flexibility, yoga, etc....Neat little place.
