Update on Russian S&C workshop

Just talked with Saulius "Sonny" Puzikas www.russiancombatacademy.com about the workshop, and it will be on Aug. 19 from
9:00AM-noon in Sarasota, FL.
The workshop will be limited to first 20 people.
Fees for the workshop should be posted in the next couple of days, as soon as it is finalized with Sonny. It should be very reasonbly priced.
This will be a Russian strength & conditioning workshop workshop.

Don't live on the East Coast. If ya take video of it, I'd love to see it and make it worth your while to do so. We only remember a few of the drills from seminars.
