I walked in to my local gym today (West Coast Muscle, Yuba City), wearing my CrossFit hoodie (gotta fly the colors). The guy behind the counter says "You do Crossfit?". I say yeah, and tell him a little about it. He says, that there is another guy that works out at West Coast Muscle that also does CF. So...If you are that other guy in the Yuba City/Marysville area that does CF, shoot me an email, or a post, if you'd be interested getting together for a workout.

We now have a group of 5 people following CrossFit at Future Fitness in Yuba City.

Usually you guys workout at nights, right? 7-8 I saw.
Is Future Fitness based on a monthly, contract or drop in fee? I've been meaning to swing by there to check out a new gym out there. |
