I've definitely been forgetting to post my workouts on here...oops! I don't remember any of last week except for Friday.

So, last Friday I did Man Fran:

95 lb Thruster
push ups

21, 15, 9

Finished in about just over 8 minutes I believe.

Yesterday:

Totally destroyed my legs.

30 seconds exercise, 30 seconds rest for 4 rounds of:
105 lb Back Squat - 12, 12, 11, 10
105 lb Front Squat - 12, 10, 8, 7
Air Squat - 28, 26, 23, 25

Then, a tabata push up circuit

8 rounds - 20 seconds exercise, 10 seconds rest

17, 13, 10, 8, 6, 6, 5, 5

Finished with 150 lunges

I am kidding you not - no. I actually should have just laid in bed today. I was completely worthless. Every step is agony! It's so funny, though, to watch me walk.


Yesterday's workout:

modified JT

55 lb push press
ring dips
push ups

21, 15, 9

finished in 11:24

3 rounds of 10 army sit ups with 25 lb, each hand
=30

Finished with 3 sets of 10-15 GHD sit ups.

my legs are worse today. Delayed onset soreness.....

Workout from last Tuesday

4 sets of 12
Back Squat 155 lb

4 sets of 12
Press to Push Press when failure 55lbs

4 sets of 12
Deadlift 160lbs

slow grind of some sort, don't want to hit it too hard and lose some muscle since I'm doing keto.
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 air squats

5 rounds

This week I am doing a ketogenic cycle. I have had less than 5 grams of carbs since Sunday evening. Friday, before my workout, I'll have a banana, and then post workout I'll go ahead and have a re-feed dinner. (PIZZA most likely). I will continue re-feed into Saturday and Sunday. My workouts this week are geared toward aiding ketogenic cycle effects. We will see what happens. I feel great. A little dizzy, but I feel euphoric. I'm not really dragging either. But, I've definitely pounded the caffeine and with no carbs in your system, it really hits you.

Jeeze!!!!!!!! I got a slight case of rhabdo just reading this!!!

Seriously though, you put in some serious work here! Keep it up, but let me catch up maybe.....

Definitely been bad about posting workouts!!

Anyways, getting back to logging them.

5 am workout:

195 lb back squat
5x5

Coming off doing more hypertrophy and beginning strength/linear progression again.

Then:

185 lb Deadlift x 5
Pushups x 15

8 rounds (didn't time exactly since I forgot my watch, but based on the digital clock in the gym, I finished in just under 10 minutes - I was def. sweating)

Followed with GHDs and plank work.

Monday AM Workout:

Warm up, 3 rounds of:
10 squats
10 pushups
10 pullups


185 lb back squat

5 x 5

Superset with 75 lb Press/Push press

5 x 5

Circuit:

75 lb Thrusters x 12
Pushups x 10
Pullups x 10

6 rounds, almost 14 minutes

Today:

115 lb Front Squat

4 x 10

Circuit:

155 lb Deadlift x 10
40 lb Dumbbell Swing x 10
Pushups x 10

6 Rounds - SUCKED

50 pullups

and

35 lb GHD's for

3 x 10
