Back Squat 5 sets of 8 reps @ 175 lbs

Was wanting to get 185 lbs, but I'm still gettin' back into the swing of things. That would have been pushing it.

Circuit:

10 75 lb Snatch Pull
10 Box Jumps (28 inch box)
10 Ring Dips (I love really getting low in those ring dips. God it feels good to fully hang on the rings with legs tucked up underneath you and go down full range of motion)

AMRAP 15 minutes; 7 and a half rounds; was 10 ring dip reps away from 8 rounds

I'm SMOKED.

100 army sit ups
100 regular air squats

400 reps total

Wednesday's Workout:



185 lb Dead lift
30 lb each hand DB Clean and Squat
15 Ring Push ups (feet elevated)

first two lifts were for this rep range: 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 with 15 ring push ups each for each of those.

That was a toughie. Finished in 19:56

55 reps for the two lifts - 110 in all - and 150 ring push ups

260 reps total

OOps...10 Jumping squats and 10 pushups for 10 rounds = 200 reps total. Forgot to mention the rounds.

Then 100 army sit ups and air squats = 400 reps.

10 x 6 Back Squat 175 lbs

No more than 1 minute rest in between sets

15 95 lb Clean and Jerks - this was a new one for me. First time doing clean and jerk. I like it! I was just getting the hang of it today.

Circuit:

25 air squats
15 75 lb press (and into push press when I fatigue)
10 pullups

4 rounds; finished in 9:59

Yesterday's Circuit:

10 Front Squat 115 lbs
10 Push ups
15 KB Swings 50 lbs

5 rounds; I messed up my stopwatch with my idiocy, so I don't know the time, but at 4 rounds I was at 12 minutes. I'm hoping/assuming I was at least under 20 minutes for the total 5.

Weighted sit ups with 15 lbs each hand 30 each side; 60 total

some Ghd sit ups; 3 sets of 10 for 30 total

weighted back ext. 25 lbs 3 rounds of 10; 30 total

Wide Stance Back Squat
185 lbs

Deadlift
185 lbs
3 x 6

Incline Bench Press
70 lbs
5 x 8

Circuit:

15 75 lb Thrusters
15 ring dips
15 pullups

Had to leave a bit early, so I only got 3 rounds out of the 4 that I was going to do. Time at the end of my third was around 12 minutes.

45 lb Snatch 5 each hand (10 total)
30 lunges
20 push ups

5 rounds; finished in 17:43

Then, some plank work.

Last Wednesday:

10 sets of 3 power cleans at 100 lbs

50 pistols on the bench, each leg -- 100 in all

Some reverse hyper work after that

It was a pretty light day

95 lb Snatch Pull x 10
75 lb Push Press x 10
Pull ups x 10
