Fran :)
Did Fran this morning in 5:01
![]() The last time I did this workout was towards the end of September, and my time then was 14 minutes and change. Needless to say I was quite surprised this morning. I've been working CrossFit quite steadily since then (4 to 5 days a week), but not focusing on thrusters at all (weaknesses are flexibility and handstands, so been doing extra work on those aspects). Pretty cool to see such an improvement. Matt |
