Airdyne on CL
Since it's a fairly simple machine, is there any great advantage to buying a new airdyne versus what appears to be a much older one on craigslist??
WFS http://mcallen.en.craigslist.org/bik/3729565909.html Older ones like this pop up every week or two around here, for about half of what a new one costs. thanks |

Re: Airdyne on CL
We ended up with a new one (AD-6) because my wife wanted a quieter bike to use in the living room. If you're just using it in the garage, an older model should be fine

I have an older one and it works great. It is a little loud but it is in my garage so no problems.

Re: Airdyne on CL
buy a used one and put that extra money towards something else. I bought mine on CL for $85 and it kicks my *** every time. No reason to spend over $600 for a *** kicking.

Re: Airdyne on CL
I picked mine up for 25 bucks off craigslist so I would say hold out and find a good deal. Use the money elsewhere for something you can't find cheap.
