My flexibility S**KS (Help!!!!)

So Every single front movement I do isn't right. My front squats, my high cleans, and thrusters are not good at all. I know I have to improve on bringing my elbows up and getting the barbell on my chest. I know I can jerk snatch well over 150-175lbs, but I cannot get other front movements because I cannot get my elbows in the right position. What stretching can I do to increase my mobility so that I can achieve the lifts correctly and properly?

It would be very hard to tell without actually seeing you lift. Odds are it is a technique issue and not necessarily mobility. I see very few people that aren't injured that I can't get to do a correct overhead squat, just for example, by tweaking positions a bit.

In addition, what do you mean by "high clean" and "jerk snatch?"

This stretch is great! You're going to need some help from a friend.

In general, the only way to improve flexibility and mobility is to stretch until it hurts so good. Stretch often. Everyday, even rest days.

Go to mobilitywod.com (wfs) and search for the body part you want to improve flexibility.

OK. Still guessing that it's technique. Video would be most useful if you'd like specific help on here.

I am currently writing a blog on this that you can check out on kevincornellfitness.blogspot.com or liftbigeatbig.com I also made a video of it that illustrates proper stretching after training that can be found on my fitness page at:
