I guess I wasn't too clear on my original post, but a typical workout would go something like this:
1. Warm-up
2. Press Movement
3. Upper-body Pull
4. Lower-body
5. Abs/Core
6. Cardio
7. Cool-down

I never intended to have my wife do all the lifts in a single session. We'd do 3 workouts a week and rotate the lifts/exercises.
