Fun Workout

I follow CF Bellevue's programming and this recently came up.

CrossFit: 10 rds of 1-Shoulder press, 3-push press, 5-push-jerk. Start from the ground with a full squat clean for each exercise, every time you put the bar down during an exercise do 5-squat jumps before continuing.

Level-3: 60% BW
Level-2: 50% BW
Level-1: Men 65lbs, Women 35lbs.

It's not the hardest workout I've ever done; but I wouldn't call it easy. It gave me a good "I think I'm gonna throw-up" gut burn and was a killer on the shoulders. I don't know why, but I liked it. Short and sweet.

I started out by completeing the first 2 rounds but had to rest inbetween each round after that. My time was 13:22 with the best lvl 3 time being 9:10.

And for the love of sweet baby jesus, don't put that bar down!

Re: Fun Workout

From what I understood, you can put the bar down inbetween the exercises (press, set bar down, push-press, set bar down); but if you set it down during an exercise (3 reps jerk, set it down) you have to do the burpees. At least I hope that's it! I set the bar down and rested after each round.
