Starting For newcomers to the CrossFit methodology

enthusiasm is good. i have been after my spouse to let me pick up a set of kettlebells for some time now. so, access to an experienced kb'r via the xfit forum is great. finally had a coworker outside the station with me doing a sandbag/pushup/squat/dip routine a la xfit yesterday. 25 mns later we staggered to our engine for some drilltime...really enjoy xfit. after years of lifting, actually enjoy the routines and feel that they are excellent complements to my endurance training and my profession. keep it coming.
