I am thinking of buying a concept 2 rower, is this type of cardio the best way to go?

Check e-bay for deals in your area. Best one time cardio investment! When up at Crossfit Racine, I hit Ryan Atkins brand spanking new C2 with a 15 lb clubbell on a backswing...almost gave me a heart attack, Ryan jumped in and was about to start CPR...on the C2, but we found no damage done. The C2 will last longer than all of us.
