Do I add anything to the WOD?

Hello, new Crossfit member here, I was wondering do we add more the the WOD for example, do I add the WOD to my strength training routine, or do I just do the WOD? My current workout is a split strength training program. Thanks for the help guys!

There are four possible answers to this question. I will save other forum members some time by posting all of them.

1. What are your goals?

2. Just do the WOD.

3. If you're able to do more, either you're a firebreather or you aren't hitting the WOD hard enough.

4. Read the FAQ.
