First Muscle-Up. Just finished 1 month of CrossFit

I couldn't believe it. I walked into my affiliate today said hi to two of our trainers and walked straight to the rings and did it. Once I got in the dip position I realized what happened and yelled as I pushed it out. I've been working on this since I started CrossFit. It was such an incredible feeling. I couldn't get it again the rest of the day but I didn't care. Now I know I can do them. Up next is Nasty Girls.

Congrats man! After one month that's impressive. I've been going to my affiliate for just over three and i just got my first on rings yesterday. Its almost a surreal feeling when you realize you've made it into the dip portion. Good stuff.

be careful with overworking your elbows! you dont want to over-train and set yourself BACK

to the op: good job! now you can start doing rings routines!
