Sorry for the Rocky reference!
Anyway, when i first posted here a month ago i was asked to post on my progress to let you guys know how i was doing!
Things are going really well, doing a 5x5 Crossfit combination and it is really paying off. My strenght is going up, my bodyfat is dropping and i feel really good.
I have lost 11pounds since i started, my diet is spot on, my kickboxing is coming along really well as i have more cardio and conditioning from Crossfit and can train harder for longer! All in all i'm loving it.
Thanks to Coach for putting this out there, thanks to everyone on the site for all the posts, at some point i most likely red something everyone here has posted and taken some inspiration from it!!!
