Hi everyone, new here, so please don't get angry if you see me posting a lot asking for info on certain WOD's in the future:-)
Can someone just please explain to me tomorrow's WOD.
Deadlift 3-2-2-2-1-1-1-1-1 reps
I know how to do a deadlift...just don't understand the reps, the time I should be resting in between, what kind of weight I should be using, etc...
any input would be greatly appreciated

Each number is the number of reps in the set. So there are 9 sets, the first is 3 reps, then next three are 2 reps each. Rest length is optional, anywhere between 2-5 minutes is good. Weight again is optional, you can choose a weight that you can lift 3 reps but not 4, then a weight you can lift 2 reps but not 3.... Or you can choose some comfy weight and build up to a 1 rep max. It's totally up to you. If you want a pr today, ramp up to a max...if you just want some quality reps stay below 90-80% (or whatever).
Hope this helps.
