A college pitcher w/ shoulder surgery gave me some new modalities to work on my shoulder with...

my shoulder's been acting up again.

Shoulder is acting up.

I've emailed my orthopedic surgeon for ideas. Not having money to see a doctor is very unfortunate.

I'm done training for a while until it stops aching. I don't know which exercises exacerbate it, and which are okay, so the safest thing to do is to halt training for a bit.

This workout, combined with drawing #48 was a lot for my shoulders so I laid off for a few days to let them recover.

Shoulders feeling good. Back to drawing 48# 4x in the morning. No pain except some residual soreness from a Tui Na on the 26th.

Still working on the Diesel Crew, adding weight each time.

Started seeing a chiropractor who focuses on the Graston Technique.

Importantly I Deadlifted and Back Squatted for the first time in years yesterday.

I did BS 5x3x95 and DL 5x3x135. Not much, but it's a start.

When my shoulder is really good, I'll need to decide whether to go to a proper gym with free weights to get back into starting strength or a nearby crossfit club.
