Re: How do you start your day...?

I have home made turkey meatballs
(turkey mince, carrot, cayenne pepper, garlic, mixed herbs, spinach, onion)
and an apple sliced with almond spread and macadamia spread YUM!!!!!!

If i don't have turkey meatballs i have grilled pork or bacon or any meat i can get my hands on!!!

I am a paleo-teer too

Re: How do you start your day...?

generally 1 of 2 ways, depending on what i ate for dinner the previous night and how hungry i am:

3-4 eggs with 1 cup or so of frozen veggies cooked in
4-6 pieces bacon
toast with almond butter
apple
8 oz whole milk
coffee

or

1 cup oatmeal with either almond butter, or cinnamin + agave nectar
banana
apple

Re: How do you start your day...?

2-3 shot americano with splash of H&H

hard boiled Eggs or Meat (cold hamburger)
Grapefruit
Oatmeal with peanut butter
Handful cashews if still hungry

At the weekend it varies more. Often I have the same (oatmeal, some kind of fruit, meat, maybe yogurt, sometimes I make an omelet). Might have a bagel or muffin.

I love breakfast! i have two favorite breakfast joints to eat out at weekend-
S&S - steak and eggs, cinamon raisin bagel with Jam, fruit cup & coffee
Zoe's - Ham and eggs, home fries, fruit cup and 2 slices thick cut french toast with powdered sugar and maple syrup.

Did I mention, I love breakfast?
