Starting For newcomers to the CrossFit methodology

No full WODs yet, just getting familiar with some of the various exercises.
I am focusing on establishing good technical form, so I can train safely and efficiently.
The Journal is very helpful.

Welcome aboard Frank. You can also do a search and find the beginner's workout, which is a great way to prep for the WODs. You'll find that this forum is absolutely littered with amazingly talented, knowledgeable, and helpful folks--don't be afraid to ask for help with anything that comes up.

Thanks, Kenneth, I'll do that.
Last week I started doing some Deadlifts, Push Jerks, Thrusters,& modified Wall Ball.
Yesterday (after watching the Ring Training DVD) I tried a few, in fact very few, ring exercises.
WOW!!!
