for you grapplers out there:

yesterday i was in a guillatine, but my partner didn't have it applied correctly, so i wasn't submitting. however, i couldn't work the escape, and ended up just muscling my head out. i could feel immediatly that it was one of those times where i strained my neck and would wake up with a really stiff neck. i was right.

i'm guessing this is pretty common, because it's happened to me more than a few times, and it will go away in a another day or two. but, i don't want to miss the WOD or BJJ practice today. is this something i should rest, or is it minor enough to work through? it's only a moderate stiffness. limited ROM, but not too bad.

thanks alot
kman
