Hey Folks--

Anyone have any recommendations for a Multi Vitamin? I currently take Activite by MHP. Wondering if there is something better....

I take the Ultimate Man from Vitamin Shoppe (I work there). It works.

BTW next month is "Juice Month". If any of you dudes and dudettes wanted to try out Goji, Mangosteen or Acai, then would be the time - they're all half down to ten bucks a bottle. [/shameless plug, but I really do like the VS]

Try buying goji berries and cooking 'em with mushrooms. YUM!

A multi that worked really well for me when I was super deficient was MultiGuard. It has CoQ10 and tons of other good things. http://www.smartcart.com/jordvern/cg...tem_num=505801

Right now I use MT Balance which you can buy here, it's pretty good:

I usually save multis for the "every once in a while" category but need to be taking one right now.
