WOD: for time:
5-10-15-20 power snatch @ 115; 105; 95; 75
Alternate with shuttle sprints where 1 sprint is:
5 yd and back, 10 yd and back, 15 yd and back, 20 yd and back, 25 yd and back, 30 yd and back
