Need a Food Science Expert re: HFCS

Friends, I am looking for top food scientists who can give input on the issue as to whether high fructose corn syrup is all natural. Please e-mail me privately. Thank you

You don't need a top food scientist to tell you that. Watch "King Corn" and you'll see how these guys make it at home from a recipe, and put ingredients in it that literally have skull and crossbones on them.

You will not find it anywhere in nature, and it undergoes processing in order to be considered HF. If that's not unnatural, I don't know what is.

I agree with what you gentlemen are saying. However, I need an expert for a project that I am working on.

All natural would mean that it has one ingredient, itself. Look at the ingredient list and tell me what you see, no need for an expert. Google is your friend.

What is the definition of "all natural" you are using for your project?

HFCS doesn't occur naturally, it is corn syrup that has undergone enzymatic processing to convert its glucose into fructose.

Wikipedia has a good article explaining the process (WFS). Nothing natural about the process in my book.
