Groin Pain
I am 46 years old and have always been active but crossfit is really nice for me. My pain began about 4-5mo. ago after a soccer game that I play in weekly. Always thought it was a pull of something but has never gotten better or worse. It feels worse the morning after playing or intense workout using legs. Also have pain in very very lower abs that seems to lighten as I loosen up or workout.
Pain starts in very upper groin and radiates downward about 6 inches. Do groin pull just take forever to heal or should I go to Dr. |

Re: Groin Pain
Check out Coach Rip's Q&A on the ************ forums (www.************.net) - you might see if his rehab program (I think it's stickied in there at the top) would benefit you.
