Lightbulb "Reverse" Fran

I'm nursing a wrist injury that prevents me from doing overhead presses. So today instead of doing the 5x5 shoulder press WOD, I came up with a "reversed" Fran type workout. I call it that because the movements of the two excercises are kind of opposite those of Fran (SDHP vs. Thruster Dip vs. Pullup).

21-15-9 rounds of
  • Sumo Deadlift High Pull 95#
  • Dips

In my experimental joy I forgot to time myself, so I can't offer an objective comparison to regular Fran but the SDHP's got me pretty good.
