I think only Ron could finish the tabata comments posts, but he promised Lynne he wouldn't for a shirt :-)

Sellout.

i just did one today with cleans, push press, overhead squat, and press unders, cause ive got a newfound interest in the o-lifts. i dont know if it was the heat in the garage (its 105 outside right now) or what, but it was pretty horrible.

The o-lift tabatas sound pretty rough man...especially in the heat. Tomorrow, since I don't have a gym on weekends, I will do tabata squats, ring dips, ring pull-ups, and l-sits.

We'll see how that goes...

Mikki,
It's a camera case.
Really, it is.
I wouldn't lie.
Did Jeff put you up to that?

Diddy,
I think I used another term for my new found "on-topic" posting dedication. It wasn't sell out.
I used to throw a football a quarter-mile.

Brandon,
How'd the tabata tricep kickbacks work out for you?

Since I'm trying to nurse some injuries, I'm going to use tabata protocols to keep my general fitness level up.
I still want to know if my tabata DB snatch score was respectable.

Ron,

The involuntary spasms really got my blood boiling. So I smacked my lifting partner in the *** a few times and hit the showers.

Lynne, he was talking about TABATA quarter-mile football tossing. He just left a word out or two...
