Then:

Thoughts:
Had some knee strain when I maxed out last monday. Had some real pain in it since then. Decided to stay off it after the run. Been wearing my Rehband knee sleeve last noght and tonight. Seems to really help but staying off it till at least the weekend to be sure.

Conditioning 1:
4 rounds:
3 Power cleans @185lbs
Push the sled 60 feet

Rest 10 minutes, then
Conditioning 2:
5 rounds:
10 single arm db rows 65lbs per arm
10 single arm db 40lbs inclines press per arm
Run 400m

Conditioning Workout 1:
AMRAPx10M
Ride Airdyne for 1 minute above 4.0
Farmer Carry 70lb per hand 100m

rest 10 minutes while cleaning up 1, and setting up 2....

Workout 2 (just to keep the heart rate up)
Clean 165lbs 2x EMOMx15M

After:
Prone Rows 5x15 @95lbs
Slam Ball Rotational Throws w/30lb ball at 9'

Obviously missed quite a few days of logging. Just an update though...

Squatted 440lbs (200kg) last night. Cleaned 130kg (286lbs). Not my best clean, but with all the time off, 125 has been a bit of a sticking point. It looks like that 130 will now be the sticking point. Still trying to use some of the cues the Russian Berestov gave.

Also trying to do some hill sprints on the roof of the parking garage at least once a week. Oh yeah, I joined the gym here at work. Mostly do some cardio at lunch, and that's about it. Not much for me to really lift honestly. But they have a rower, and a step mill, so I got that going for me at least.

Managed to strict press 215, and had the room to make 220. I skipped that though and went straight to 225 and failed.

I'll post about the direction I'm headed soon. Still sorting it out a bit.
