For time:
300-foot handstand walk
150-foot Big Bob pull (run with rope, then pull)
50 Worm squat clean and jerks (up and over) (what??! )
150-foot Big Bob pull (run with rope, then pull)

The handstand walks will be performed relay style, broken into 6 50-foot sections for each athlete. If an athlete does not walk the full 50 feet in one attempt, they will be subject to a penalty.

Time Cap: 25 minutes
This is going to be a boring event. Handstand walk is slow. Big bob pull is super, super slow. Worm clean and jerks will get boring quick.

I'd way rather see a high speed relay for a final (I don't care if they do it every year). Way more exciting. Especially for a final.

205 / 210 / 215 / 220 / 225 women
This will be what saves the big guys that have so far been getting their butts handed to them in these gymnastic/running WODs
