As of last night, I hit 225 on the Push Press. I look forward to when I can rep out 6 of them joints.

Hit a 405 back squat(high bar) and a 200 strict press.

This week:
PR deadlift at 450.
PR max kipping pullups at 40.

Pretty happy with both. Bodyweight around 235.

Two days ago I hit 10lb PRs on both back squat & power clean, 325 & 215 respectively.

PR'ed at the end of our clean & jerk ladder yesterday @ 215. I think there may have been room for 225, but we still had the wod to do afterward. Still, felt pretty good about that.

Finally broke down and bought a belt. I took it easy since I had more planned in my workout, but still hit a 275 PR on my back squat. The belt made the push upright a breeze. I'm interested to see where my one rep max really is now.

Rehabbed low back PR this past week on Split Jerk. 205lbs, solid. Have more...looking forward to getting back to 225 and then beyond.

BW around 170-172

Also hit a squat clean and split jerk at 195lbs and surely had more but I am easing back into the 1RM attempts.
