Comeback to Awesomeness Log

1/16/2011

Shoulder Rehab
( bands and such)

Push Ups 3 X 10 (Push Ups bended knee for now)

Crunches/Leg Lifts with 25#
3 X 50

Squats:
45# (Bar only for now)
3X15

Deadlifts:
10X95
10X 115
10X135

Walking Lunges
3X20 X45 # ( Bar only for now)

30 minutes Spinning with some Tabatas tossed in for kicks.
Mobility
Ice / Epsom soak


Well it's almost 3 weeks post op ( shoulder) and today I could finally squeeze myself under the bar. I could only stabilize it with my fingertips though so no real weight besides the bar but it's great progress and I am psyched!

I know what you're going through. It's really frustrating, but be patient and persistent and you will make a full recovery and then some. Looks like you're approaching it with the right attitude. Hang in there!
