We have been playing with additional uses for the d-ball. I think Gene Allen mention something about this, so we are running with it.

When people get tired. They need to be encouraged to step or rest. It is bad to trip on the plyo box with a ball in your hand.

Keep in mind, the lady nearest it my 58 year old mother in law.

WOD was:

D-ball/Plyo
KB Swing
Ring Push Ups

Three rounds for time.
21-15-9
