050308 question

Should you do 1 press, then 3 PP with the same bar, then 5 PJ with the same bar (so a 9-rep complex) then increase the weight over the 5 rounds...

Or just treat this as 3 separate MEs?

It's a progression fella. Jack up your press rep by rep then continue to increase the load as the movements get more powerful. Check out the following vid for an example of how it is done (WFS)
