Site looks great man as does the place...although Ive never seen it in the daylight before. All you Louisville natives now have no excuse to not get a serious WOD in.

i just spotted that video on the exercises and demos page and wondered, "how did i miss this?" congrats, cctjoey! that is one tricked-out facility. i especially liked the wooden 5kg bumpers. crafty!

30 X 30 on the ground floor

16 X 30 on the second floor.

The second floor is where the restroom and changing area will be and a loft for visiters (besides a spring-loaded trap door allowing the rope to pass to the top of the building)
