Starting For newcomers to the CrossFit methodology

What if I miss a day or get off schedule?

I took yesterday off (Sunday). But the main page WOD is "REST" for Monday.

Should I just do yesterdays workout, then fall back into schedule tomorrow?

Should I just wait and pick up and get back on track tomorrow?

What do you guys think? If you miss a workout, should you try to go back and make it up or just truck on?

either way. if you feel another rest day is good then rest. if you are in the mood to workout then WOD. either way a day won't kill you. it's what you do most of the time, as a habit, that matters. not what you do occasionally as the exception to the rule.

You can do Sundays workout, or make one up. The problem will be the next day when the mainsite is rest. If you can't follow the mainsites 3/1 schedule, this will happen to you often. What I used to do is, I would stay about a month behind the mainsite. That way I had leeway to miss a day, or if certain equipment was needed, or it was a exercise I couldn't perform, I could just skip that day.
