Rosie's Workout Log
Today my legs were kind of hurting. I really felt the pain today. We worked on squats and staying in the proper position on your heels. Than we worked on keeping our body up during push ups. I jump roped a bit today. Its funny how you forget and I was stomping my feet too much. We also had to stand on a box and hold our hips up.
20 jumping pull ups
20 push ups on knees
I did it.. I will feel it tomorrow..

Today I learned how to do a bench press. I did a bench press and jumping bench press with a broom stick at first. I need to focus on keeping my back straight for the squats. Still something I am working on.
For warm up I used the jump rope, dead arm hang, box jump, and held a push up position holding my body weight up. I tried to do sit ups and squats.
400 meter run
30 bench press
30 box jumps
hold push up position for 30 seconds.
Did 2 rounds of this. And boy do I feel it. YAY!!
